El Azteca Mexican Restaurant, Mt. Laurel

The Ramblewood Shopping Center, located at the intersection of Route 73 and Ramblewood Parkway in Mt. Laurel, is a strip center that is home to about a dozen storefronts, one of them being El Azteca Mexican Restaurant.

El Azteca offers a vast menu of items, including a lunch menu, and your dish will certainly be loaded with ample amounts of food.  Nacho chips are served at the table when you arrive and the overall cost of a meal won't break the bank. The food is neither gourmet nor garbage and the atmosphere and decor fall in the same spectrum.  You will get a decent Mexican meal at a decent price, but probably nothing to write home about.  If you want to support a small local business, go here, but if you're in a rush or want to save money swing by Taco Bell, or go to On the Border on the other side of 73 for a more predictable and upbeat chain restaurant dining experience.  For a comparable local small business eatery but with better food and a much nicer ambience, Mexican Food Factory in Marlton is the way to go.

El Azteca is a BYOB but note that according to the menu there is a corkage fee.  They also have other locations in Philadelphia at 714 Chestnut St, as well as 223 Shoemaker Rd in Pottstown and 1043 Oxford Valley Rd. in Levittown.

The Mt. Laurel location is very central to major highways, sitting right on route 73 heading north (opposite of Sage Diner and Holman Cadillac), just minutes from I-295, the NJ Turnpike, and Route 38.  There is ample parking in the shopping center as well.
