Brio, Cherry Hill

Brio Tuscan Grille is a chain of restaurants located in 16 states and run by a publicly-traded company. But it's definitely a more upscale chain restaurant compared to your Applebee's, Olive Garden, and so forth. Located at 901 Haddonfield Rd in Cherry Hill, behind Wegman's in the Town Place at Garden State Park Shopping Center, Brio is in the hub of the latest slew of restaurants that have invaded the area. And a nice addition it is.

Brio offers outdoor terrace seating on nice days and is designed to resemble a scene straight out of rustic Tuscany with lots of marble, rich colors, and an open kitchen (plus a few flat screen TVs and some of the biggest light fixtures I've ever seen hanging from the ceiling). The restaurant is very open, so as to be a place to "see and be seen". The food has character and the setting is that of "casual white-tablecloth" or "Fine casual" as their website puts it. The wine list seems pretty extensive, though I'm no expert in that area. Prices are fair... for a lunch of two I paid about $26 plus tip, but I had enough for leftovers, and everything we ate was delicious. And the server was friendly and attentive.

Brio is certain to please and worth checking out if you're in the area. To find more info about this restaurant, visit Brio's website or call (856) 910-8166. Bon apetito!
