Cheeburger Cheeburger, Cherry Hill

Burger, anyone?

Cheeburger Cheeburger is a franchised burger joint that entered the South Jersey market within the past year or so, marking its third venture in the state. Sitting at 2026 Route 70 West, in the Market Place at Garden State Park, Cheeburger Cheeburger serves up big ole' burgers with real potato French fries, and enough varieties of milk shakes to bewilder even the hungriest of kids.

Small in size, Cheeburger Cheeburger definitely appeals to families with its 50s style kitsch, mini cardboard trays that look like '57 Chevys, and a pleasing ensemble of kid (and parent) friendly items to eat. And this being a burger joint, you won't have to mortgage the house to feed a family of four. Figure on spending about $10-12 per person, lunch or dinner, perhaps a little less for kids.

Fortunately the food here is not overly greasy like many hamburger establishments, and the portions, as advertised, are quite substantial. The service and cleanliness were both up to par, and to keep people attentive, they supply a small stack of Trivial Pursuit cards on each table, so you might just learn something.

After a long day of shopping in Home Depot and Bed Bath & Beyond (if you have time to go there... sorry, just had to reference the movie Old School there), satisfy your craving for greasy goodness by stopping by Cheeburger Cheeburger and you'll roll out the door, stuffed.

Oh and by the way, if you can finish their Pounder burger, you get your photo taken and put on the wall. Come hungry, leave famous! ;-)
