Toy Train Emporium, Mt. Laurel

I was on a mission to find an LGB train car for my dad for his birthday. I didn't have time to order online, so I snooped around the LGB web site to find a local retailer. The one that caught my eye was Toy Train Emporium in Mt. Laurel at 208 Creek Road. They are located in a large red "barn" in the Rancocas Woods Village Shops, a quaint shopping area in the rustic, ruralish area of Mt. Laurel in Burlington County.

At the Toy Train Emporium, I found not only a good selection of LGB trains, but also a wide collection of trains of all sizes, and very knowledgeable and friendly staff. While I don't know much about toy trains, this place seemed like the place to go in the area to get what you need when it comes to model trains. It's a pleasant, old-time shopping experience that is a lot less sterile and more intriguing than shopping at Target or your local department store. These guys specialize in toy trains, and that's all there is to it!
